We cover the whole range of repair, replacement and installation jobs. We offer one-off jobs and bespoke reactive maintenance contracts for businesses. Our dedicated Contracts Manager are on hand to deal with any customer specific requirements on maintenance.

Insurance

All our work is insured with Public liability insurance.

Landlords

We provide the best landlord and maintenance services for affordable prices. Anything from repair and replacement work to plumbing, gas, electrician works. We offer our clients complete reactive management service packages with no call out fees. Contact us for more information.

Rates

Quotations

We charge £25 for call outs. If you accept our quote the call out charge will count as a deposit.

Rates Monday - saturday 8am-6pm

Our services start from a rate of £60/hour.

Half Day (4 hours) - £160

Full Day (8 hours) - £300

Rates After 6 pm & Sundays

Our rates starts from £90/hour.
